I think increasing our UK based team to provide the added capability we have had from Aspire would have cost us as least twice as much. But frankly it wasn't just the cost issue... It was the fact that we were able to scale the offshore team up and down according to the workload and call on specialist expertise – such as user interface design – when we needed and for just as long as we needed. It's hard to put a value on that!.
